Pros
The people here are really what makes this company. Coming into the office is never a drag everyone is so positive and kind to each other which makes this such a comfortable and accepting workplace no matter what your circumstances. There is plenty of opportunity for cross-functional collaboration which has been awesome for me and helped me learn so much beyond just what I do on a day to day. Overall I've had a great experience being here and I think nearly everyone else here would say the same. Also work life balance is excellent here, managers have always been understanding whenever anyone's needed to take some time to manage things going on in ours lives outside the office.
Cons
Can't really think of many cons honestly as far as a 9 to 5 goes theres nothing missing here, benefits are good, people are great, office location is convenient/ok for most and salaries are competitive.
