-Everyone here genuinely wants whats best for Maven - which is what's best for our members & their health; this uniquely brings cross-functional teams together -Really smart group of leaders and functional experts; full of good mentors and thought-partners -Supportive environment for career development & plenty of opportunity for lateral movement as well -Good work/life balance (practice what we preach) -Strong business results the past few years (which are frequently & transparently shared with the whole company) -Not a super hierarchical place - people are casual and open to collaborate

-You have to be flexible - although we're becoming more structured over time, we're still growing & changing

I joined Maven in September because the mission resonated, and the work genuinely lives up to it. The impact on members isn't marketing language. It's the actual product of what people here do every day. A few things that have stood out: - I've already been promoted, which says a lot about how the company recognizes contribution and growth. - I have real autonomy to own my work and move things forward without being bottlenecked. - The culture is collaborative in a way that's rare, and people across the org have been generous with their time and support. If you care about doing meaningful work and want to be somewhere that bets on you early, Maven is worth a serious look.

Cons

Fast paced environment, but that's expected (and honestly part of the appeal) for a company in this stage of growth.
