Pros
When I first joined Maven Clinic, I was drawn in by the company’s mission and the promise of a workplace that valued innovation and a people-first approach. The potential to make a difference in healthcare was inspiring, and I was excited to be part of a growing organization. The mission of supporting patients and providers resonated deeply with me, and the company culture initially seemed welcoming and forward-thinking.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience with Maven Clinic was not what I had hoped for. It became clear that the company does not value the teams that form the backbone of its operations. The Care Advocate and Customer Success teams are consistently overworked and severely underappreciated. We were often expected to juggle numerous responsibilities without adequate support, resources, or recognition. The sense of being undervalued took a significant toll on morale, and it became apparent that the company’s priorities had shifted away from its employees' well-being. It’s disappointing to see how much the organization has changed from the company I initially joined and believed in.
