Pros
-Lots of flexibility for scheduling -Charting isn't too lengthy -Lots of resources for the members to use -Tech platform is easy to learn and use
Cons
-Pay is honestly offensive. Very low and would be next to impossible to get enough work to make this full time -No pay for charting, or sending initial email to your member. This takes additional time, which makes your hourly rate go way down when you factor that in -Hard to accomplish much in 20 minutes; doesn't allow you do build much of a rapport to get them to come back for another session -I was asked to share a job posting by a recruiter with my personal RD network, and when I asked if a referral bonus was available, they ghosted me and never answered the question. If I do your job for you, I should be compensated!
