Leadership is toxic, and all rules and regulations are disregarded. There is a lack of transparency in leadership. Finances are in disarray, and employees are undervalued. The head of engineering is meek and indecisive, failing to motivate or support his team. The head of product is a toxic nepotistic individual who aggressively flirts with all female employees he encounters, which he gets away with due to his close relationship with the CEO. Executives disregard the expertise of lower-level employees, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of high school. Employees are expected to work excessive hours, as this is considered a badge of honor among overachievers. Employee compensation is significantly undervalued, and tasks must be completed immediately.
