Pros

Remote and part time options. Lots of benefits for full time and lots of “nice” managers.

Cons

Not looking to really hire a lot of people. Say they are but then fire you for not meeting their insanely high standards. No personal time and a mantra of “we are family” but riddled with stipulations and insane QA requirements. If you dont speak spanish dont be surprised if after 6 months they fire you with no warning after being told you were doing well with exception of one (not joking) bad call. Not worth the starting salary and for the stress they put you through. Overall just a basic call center. So if $16/hr is worth all that stress and drama this is the place for you.
