Not what it used to be - Mechanic McKee Foods Employee Review

Too much turnover in shop. Long term employees leaving, can’t keep new ones. Work environment is miserable. Too much micromanaging from manager. Supervisors are not allowed to actually make any decisions. All decisions, even minor, have to go through manager. This used to rank as my #1 job. It’s quickly becoming the worst. It’s a concern for everyone who is next on the chopping block. Morale is nonexistent. Upper management/corporate needs to look at who they have in positions of authority, and listen to employees on the ground.
