Bonuses were great although taxed so high that it's almost not even worth it.
Cons
You will be managed by a spoonfed Ivy League priss who has never performed a second of manual labor in their lives. You'll sacrifice your body and live in chronic pain the rest of your life. And they'll still have the nerve to fire you after 25 years. You have to submit all your time off requests for the year in October of the year before.
