Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. While we're disappointed to hear that your experience felt this way, we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
The comparison to a "Chuck E. Cheese of the event business" certainly caught our attention. Live event production can be loud, fast-paced, and, at times, a little chaotic by nature. We're often managing multiple departments, tight deadlines, last-minute client changes, and hundreds of moving parts simultaneously. That said, we never want that energy to be mistaken for a lack of professionalism or respect.
You also mentioned feeling that management created unnecessary tension. If that's how your experience felt, then that's something worth reflecting on. We know that the pressure of delivering complex productions can sometimes affect how communication is perceived, and we're continually working to improve how our leaders support and communicate with their teams.
Our goal has always been to create an environment where people are challenged by the work—not by the people around them. While we may not get it right every time, feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to grow.
We genuinely appreciate your honesty and wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.
