-Newer company that offers a lot of growth -Autonomy to do your job in your preferred style -You are able to actually help people -Family oriented team -Fun and VERY supportive

Cons

-Newer company can have lots of changes, the changes aren't necessarily a bad thing though -Some departments lose a lot of staff which can make your job difficult at times

-New Company to FLorida with great opportunities for pharmacy technicians -Good Environment to work for -embedded in clinics good experience to work at a clinical setting -pay was better then working retail
