*****BED BUGS****** use extreme caution!!!! - Customer Service Representative (CSR) MedSrv Employee Review

The place is full of BED BUGS. They say they treat for them, but oddley they keep coming back. The bugs are in the floors, the walls, cubicles, EVERYWHERE!! Also lack of training for all employees that seem to be handling pretty major medical bills and patient information. Also a " Christian" company who tells certain employees when they can and cannot pray, doesn't honor federal holidays( MLK day, Juneteenth), and selects the same certain employees to participate in the special events.
