Thanks for the feedback. I recognize the issues you cite as part of our growing pains over the past year. I am confident that we are making the right moves to address them, including a simpler organization where teams can make their own decisions and priorities at every part of the product development cycle. In addition we’ve recognized that we were introducing innovations faster than we could properly commercialize or maintain them, and that we can continue to be the innovation leader in the category while shifting resources to maintenance and continuous improvement. We have the brightest minds in the industry and a tremendous set of clients and partners, working together to define the future of programmatic — and I am confident and excited in the company's future.
