Once great company now in decline - Sales MediaMath Employee Review

Thank you for your candor and feedback. We certainly appreciate hearing from longstanding employees and will do our best to address your concerns both here and in your day-to-day experience at MediaMath. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed pivotal leadership to our team, chief among them, our new president. We’re also currently hiring several key roles on our leadership team, including a Chief Client Officer and a Head of HR, to best equip all of us for success in 2020 and beyond. We will continue our work on being even more transparent and responsive and hope that you’re starting to feel the benefits of some of the recent shifts we’ve made to the organization, which were largely based on feedback from employees, clients, and leadership.
