The people are what make Adroit really special. Intelligent, driven, and really nice. What more could you ask for in coworkers? Work hard, play hard is the culture here. You may be there late, but at least you'll be able to participate in an Nerf gun fight while you're at it. The challenges we are here to solve keep things interesting and dynamic.

The salaries could be higher.
