Pros

They are throwing us a pizza party?

Cons

Medica culture has become very anti-employee in the past four years. Forced RTO (where NO ONE I collaborate with was subjected to RTO, so I just take hours to commute to take Teams meetings in a cubicle), slashed the accrual amount and payout for RTO, LONG HOURS (I get up at 5am to get ready/commute/sit in my cube/commute home/work until 8pm), NO LEADERSHIP AT ALL (our CEO tells us in town halls that be all need to be leaders, while she looks like a deer in the headlights), constant emails containing just copilot slop because no one knows what to do, etc.

Pros

Work life balance is valued - but workload makes it impossible to actually follow through.

Cons

Employed by Medica through UCares acquiring. Nobody at Medica knew what was going on at UCare. Very disorganized, lack of communication between two, extremely heavy workloads, and upper management on UCare side does not advocate for staff.
