Utilization Management - Nurse Medica Employee Review

Very top heavy. Too many managers, VPs and physicians. Poor or no training or mentoring for new employees. Many leaders and employees here for years, and no one wants to move in a new direction. We TALK about our customers, and being member friendly, however our employees are customers and do not matter. Managers in meetings to the point that staff has no support or direction when needed. Work quality comes second to quantity, then when numbers are reached, the quality is not good enough!
