Pros
Medicus has an amazing culture and atmosphere. They reward their employees for hard work with bonuses, company outings, Presidents Club trips, holds a monthly award ceremony, Holiday Gala, the list goes on and on. It is SO refreshing to work for a company like Medicus with its strong moral compass and a commitment to it's employees that is unsurpassed by any other company that I have worked for.
