Ability to make good money Fun place to work Tend to hire like minded people for good mesh (also a con because there's very little diversity)

"Good ol' boys" club - if you don't know someone who worked for the company 5-10 years ago, it's going to be hard to get ahead Lots of people in leadership positions who shouldn't be Micromanaging at its finest - had to give detailed reports for my work from home days (what I was going to accomplish, what I did accomplish, why things weren't done) that took me away for meaningful work Some leaders are sexist, even if unintentionally Very little diversity
