Pros

*Fun perks (roofdeck, game room, fun parties *Founders still involved and very passionate about the company

Cons

*The company hires managers who are not a cultural fit and then clash with their teams. You cannot “coach” someone to exude your company culture if they are not a fit. Executive level turnover is extremely high due to poor hiring decisions. It also feels like a“bait and switch” to interview with one set of people and then have that entire team turnover within 6 months. Be honest with candidates about the constant change the company goes through. *There is no discussion about career development or paths for promotion unless you threaten to quit. You can only be promoted if there is an open position available, even if you are highly rated. This is the opposite of motivation. This failure to recognize talented employees leads to low morale and high turnover. Very negative daily feeling in the office. *Little work/life balance in most departments. Never a "good time" to take vacation. Expected to always be “on call” even when using your "unlimited" PTO. Too many simultaneous projects aren’t managed properly and the focus on making day to day improvements is lost. You need to staff up certain departments and improve core processes before taking on new projects.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
