Pros

I'm reading the other reviews and disagree with the negative ones. Maybe those people weren't or aren't stellar employees and that's why they are complaining. But this is a cool place to work. You work hard, but you learn a lot and work with great coworkers. The company throws amazing parties and coworkers get together outside work on their own. Cool products that mean something to the world. Global company so you meet interesting people. Pay and benefits are way better than the companies i know or that my friends work at. There are growing pains of course but at least the company is growing and they still care about there employees and customers.

Cons

You have to be a flexible person and have a sense of humor. You have to be prepared to work hard and be frustrated sometimes, but that's the story anywhere. They are getting better at having company meetings and more communication other ways too, but more would be good.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
