Pros

Compensation is good considering the amount of the work and the expectation. Nice office environment. They let you fly business class for flights over 10 hours, even if you are non-manager employee. Some people are highly competent and kind-hearted, and you can learn a lot from them. Nice parties here and there if you enjoy these events, but as a consistent party-hater I couldn't care less.

Cons

- Consistent lack of consistency. They keep changing things and no one seems to be able to catch up. - Frivolous spending. The way they spend money is so ridiculous they almost took it to the next level. Including those VPs making absolutely unnecessary international trips just to add mileages to their frequent flyer account. - Too much politics. It doesn't matter if you're good at something, the only thing that could get you climb up the ladder is to be an butt kisser. I have witnessed multiple times the most incompetent snail in the team getting promoted just because she/he had been a yes man. - HR is not only useless, they are also unapproachable and will frown at you if you came in to their office for help.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
