Pros

- Good location - Nice office - Good coffee and bagel mondays

Cons

- Management is very result driven. I had 3 people reminding me about the same tasks multiple times a day. - Meetings turn into knife fights very quickly, everyone is quick to blame everyone else and to fight over the smallest disagreement. Short meetings always turned into hours with tabled conversations for later over small disagreements that were never resolved. - Low pay, they pay about 30 percent less than competitors for the same role in the same location. - Management should stay out of software. Managers who haven't programmed in 20 years should trust their teams to make the right choices and quit trying to micro manage. This is a company that obsesses over micromanaging and because of this very little gets done, everyone is too busy knife fighting. - HR is there to protect the company, don't trust them. They tried to trick me into signing an agreement that would have denied me any compensation package and would have denied me unemployment.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
