Pros

The 2 headed leaders are great. Hard working and respectful to their employees. They actually take care of their people and it shows with all the perks they give in terms of benefits and responsibilities. Always looking to the future and grow their employees. Great work/personal life balance and their door is ALWAYS OPEN for anyone to walk in and either just say hi, or vent

Cons

Maybe the executive management is unaware, so I'll give the benefit of a doubt. That being said some low-end managers (1 in particular) took over our group and made it a point to get rid of 2 employees. I tried it for a year, but it was a nightmare to work for this woman. I eventually left and she was able to fire the other person. Coincidentally, we were both older than her and she did everything in her power to make sure she was the sheriff in town. HR knows about this, so I hope me leaving left a mark for future mental abuse to stop.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
