Pros

*Teams and managers are extremely supportive (you won't get the blame game when things don't go perfectly, instead you hear "we are in this together" etc.) *The company leadership focuses on how the work will lead to better outcomes for patients, it's a refreshing change from profit focused timelines and such in this industry *The employees are happy because they are treated as adults with respect and are allowed to do what they know is best in the most supportive way possible *Training, WI, and SOPs are well written *HR is terrific and everyone is helpful *The company is committed to supporting the communities in which they exist, community service is a genuine investment * Founders are refreshingly normal and approachable *Managers are soft skills superstars who really know their stuff and know how to treat others *The people make the difference. Medidata has hired some of the smartest, hardest working people in the industry!

Cons

I wish there were more offices in the southeast US.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
