Pros

Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule, depending on your department you could be working with some of the most intelligent leaders in the industry. Great company parties!

Cons

Where do I start? I once read a glassdoor review that stated "Medidata where careers go to die" I didn't get it for the first year or so. Now if I could go back in time I would have ran and never looked back. Managers who are well educated and great leaders usually move on quickly leaving highly unqualified, unskilled tenured employees to take the reigns...and they are given a book on leadership and left alone..it's complete and total laziness on behalf of the C level leaders. HR is the WORST, I've seen them look the other way on several sexual harassment and general toxic workplace cases stating "that's how guys talk" and then saying if you have any concerns fill out this survey. They LIVE for glassdoor reviews which they write themselves regularly. Would NOT recommend!

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
