Thank you for your feedback. It is very disappointing to hear that you did not have a positive employee experience as it relates to recent organizational changes. We continue to focus on serving patients, our customers and employees. To ensure alignment, we strive to communicate to employees on a regular basis. We will continue to provide resources for teams to manage through change. . And we will prioritize the culture that is so special at Medidata as we grow and add new people to the team.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
