      Pros

      Training and Onboarding Colleagues Flexibility Benefits After 90 days I still feel very happy with my decision to come to Medidata. It is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. We have a lot of great solutions to offer our customers, I have an awesome manager, I feel supported, and I have met many caring people willing to help me get acclimated to the role. Also, many of my colleagues have been with the company for a long time - which says a lot to me about how the company treats their employees.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement at any company, but I cannot think of any cons at the moment worth mentioning that would make me feel like it was not a good decision to come work at Medidata.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
