11yWe appreciate hearing all input on current and previous employees experience. We share the sentiment that keeping the bar high for prospective talent is incredibly important. We are growing at an extremely fast pace and are working to ensure that the caliber of talent coming into the organization can handle the scope of work required to grow our Company. We understand that in the short term, the changes are affecting our current employees and we appreciate all of the extra work our current teams are putting in to help the business run. Our end goal is to put into place the correct processes, people & systems to help our organization scale, and we are well on our way!
