Pros

- Great W/L balance - Profitable company in a stable industry for anyone worried about the recession - engineers are nice to work with - remote work / hybrid

Cons

- pay is on the lower end - there is the pain of working w/ overseas devs. Thankfully, they respect your time and usually log off on their off hours. - work can be on the slower end - this is an enterprise company so exploring new technologies is not as prioritized as continuing with the tried and true.

Pros

I was able to get a lot of work done on days I was allowed to WFH

Cons

My team of 10 people are all spread out and working in multiple different states and countries so I was the only one subjected to going into the office because I’m geographically closest. The two hours I spent commuting are two hours less I was working.
