Pros

Work life balance, unlimited PTO, kind people

Cons

Return to office policy, currently hybrid schedule. There is not much congruity between departments especially sales and professional services. Sales keeps selling products to customers, and often times when they should not have and project managers have to deal with the consequences. Annual raises are not standard Not much room for growth or internal transfers There is constant change, so it can be hard to keep up. Every team varies, but my CSP does not give a crap about how the team members are doing.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
