      Pros

      Perhaps the best clinical trial software vendor in the industry. Excellent people that are always looking to improve the company and the products. Well positioned for growth and to provide "platform as a service" to the industry. Great opportunity to perform good work with good people. Compensation is fair, and benefits are very good. Company performs an annual survey of employees and openly shares the results with the whole company. Actions are taken to address issues.

      Cons

      Departments and functions are too siloed. Often need to go up to the VP level to connect groups and teams. This leads to missed opportunities. The company is aware of this problem and is taking steps to work on this issue.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
