Pros

Help Hospitals and other customers getting medical supplies. If you enjoy over time for the money, go for it! Bonuses if you meet their standards and cheat your way into getting them. Big on being "Safe".

Cons

Say goodbye to consistency. Randomly take breaks and lunches at who knows when? Going home on time? Nope, it's a mystery. Try leaving on time, but get points deducted or a warning for doing so. Really not as "Safe", but clean...sort of. Supervisors change shifts, so remember who is your "New" Supervisor.

Punctuality, ability to learn quickly, experience with picking processes and equipment, and a sit-down forklift license.

Cons

Difficulty understanding English; although I do understand it, it is not my native language.

Very long hours and no set time to leave. Routinely worked 12 hours even though you're scheduled for 8
