Pros
At first people were nice then after 3 weeks, welcome to Hell’s Kitchen in the terms you are treated horribly by the floor supervisors. They will harass you non-stop, stock you, threaten you and you will never get a day of peace to work. Constantly negative feedback and negative coaching if you ask for help even though they get mad if you don’t ask for help. Lose lose situation around every corner. This place is a prison and they act and treat you like you are a prisoner. No respect, no understanding, no appreciation, constantly harsh volatile environment. Really amazing people that are employees that put up with the abuse because they need work. It’s very messed up and very sad to see such mis treatment to good trustworthy people.
