Pros

It's a fun work environment, you really get to feel close to your coworkers. The environment is fun with the games you get to play and the happy hours, but the cold calling is A LOT. Be prepared to work really hard to get out of that position as fast as possible. You get EXCELLENT training though. You really get taught how to sell in all aspects which is really useful moving forward.

Cons

You get paid average pay for this role to do more than industry average work.
