Pros

Get to meet a lot of cool friends who are also getting into the industry. Good introduction to cold calling.

Cons

They have a lengthy contract they make you sign and hide that if you are not their for a year you have to pay you signing bonus back. They pay well below the industry standard and the bonus for hitting quota is not that much. They set monthly quota attainments very high and the top performers are the only ones who hit it. They offer you a 3K holiday after 15 months but you have to pay it all yourself before getting reimbursed. Management is very young and does not know how to handle the amount of SDRs and clients they are managing. The company recently was sued for not recording hours for their employees. The CEOs laughed it off and said it was not a big deal. They also do not value their employees and instead of raising wages they are looking to open new offices in cities with the highest cost of living such as New York. All their offices are in cities that are top 20 in cost of living, most being in the top ten such as Seattle, Boston, Washington DC and San Jose. You do not get sick days as well, they make you use your PTO. Much better companies to work for if your looking to get into sales. Take my advice and stay away.

Pros

Good development for those looking to kickstart their tech sales career

Cons

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
