- Young environment - Decent training - Depending on your team, you can get a great manager

Cons

- Low pay - Immature speech and activity - Not open to remote work even though this job can completely be done remotely or at least hybrid - They fill your day with pointless meetings when this time could just be used for making client relations or prospecting - Everyday feels the same - They only care about your numbers and nothing more - This role does not make you feel like you're accomplishing anything until you get a small bonus check
