Pros

Met some really great people Sales training was very good

Cons

Never made a cent of commission even though I did very well by my assigned companies standards. Manager got snippy with me and took retaliatory actions by putting me on PIP(performance improvement plan) when I had a discussion about quotas with him and I told him what he said wasn't true(it wasn't) to make my job even more difficult. Recruiters lie about average money made Try to bribe you with alcohol and happy hours to make up for micromanagement and overworking you
