For an entry level role, your skills as an SDR will be refined and you will become an expert of the role. Short tenure structure allows you to get out what you put in. Great culture, I’ve met my best friends here. Growth opportunities are immense here as well, especially for younger professionals. If you want to break into tech sales, this is the place to do so.

Cons

Pay starts a little low, but as you ramp up you will make 65-80k minimum after 1 year. Time flies.
