Pros
You essentially learn how to work the sales role while getting paid. At the end of your time there you will be paraded in front of companies for opportunities to instantly level up and get hired out after only 15 months. My salary was 2x'd upon choosing my new company. You also get a paid vacation 2x a year if you are a top performer.
