Pros
Just moving to Virginia from the Cleveland, Ohio area, I wanted to get into tech sales to begin growing as a professional in the tech sales industry. memoryBlue took a chance on me, and the dedicated executives have helped me polish my skills in the field. Whether it is from a cold call, constructing an email cadence, learning how to handle objections on a call, and everything in between, the memoryBlue process has taught me a valuable skill; how to HUSTLE. No, not hustle in a bad context. Hustle meaning that each day, you have a plan. You have developed an understanding that it may take 5,10,15 outreaches to a target account to get in contact with a prospect that you believe your client's solution can solve a problem for. The memoryBlue team makes it a point to not only instruct you on proven best practices, but also learn WITH you and adapt to industry and market trends. There are so many talented individuals working for this company, and I couldn't recommend it enough. Thanks to memoryBlue, I was able to build a fantastic relationship with my client from continued success, and will be joining them internally at the start of the new year. If you are considering working at memoryBlue, take the leap of faith because not only are you going to receive some of the best sales training from the dedicated Academy team, but you are also going to be able to work alongside some of the most amazing people in the industry.
Cons
There are no cons of working for this job unless you can't appreciate an unbelievably talented group of people helping you grow into the sales professional that you've always dreamed of being.
