Pros

Great experience for an entry level sales position. Lots of exposure to different tech companies and verticals in a short amount of time.

Cons

SDRs at mB need to be agile by nature, but sometimes at the employees expense. Switching up quota, campaign, juggling campaigns at times can make it difficult to hit quota if you don’t already have the required product knowledge

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
