The pros for this company are few to slim. They company pays you weekly and there is chance for promotion, but it happens very slowly. They gie you bonuses for your department performance. Also they hae weekend pay that gies you a extra 2 dollars.

1.The company doesn't listen to they're employees. 2.The management and the whole store follows the same broken system. 3. They don't want to promote een tho they say they will 4. They won't make you full time een tho you work 38-39 hours, so they dont hae to gie you a raise or health care
