      Instant profit sharing and inventory bonuses.

      Cons

      Long hours. Zero flexibility with your time off and weekends. ZERO work/life balance. It's ALL work. The insurance is expensive and covers very little.

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
