Pros
Menards runs on the basis that any idiot that can follow directions can work there. On the plus side if you want to work a job where you have no input and just follow instructions this is your job.
Cons
If you are someone that wants to have a say and an impact and a little more freedom with your decision making this is not the job for you. Any advancement means great pay, but you will sacrifice your life and family the hire you go.
