      - pays well - flexible schedule - fast paced - good community - tons of opportunities to promote

      Cons

      - closing and then opening - work every other weekend but you get paid extra on weekends so that helps

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
