My time at Meneses Law has been excellent, although there is room for improvement, particularly around start time flexibility. Even though the company places a lot of emphasis on upholding discipline and making sure everyone agrees, a little more leeway with start times could improve work-life balance and take into account individual schedules. However, I genuinely value the disciplined atmosphere because it does encourage a strong sense of production and discipline.
