Pros

Worst place to work at bullying & trash talking everyone gets fired for the smallest reason ex- u have curly hair, u gain weight, u don’t have hair make up nails done , u sneezed wrong, u come from poverty , u have kids. There is no flexibility here so don’t get sick don’t have a dying relative don’t have a life outside of work the ppl u make friends with end up back stabbing u and taking ur position so just stick to urself don’t be so trusting

Cons

U have to pay for snacks drinks all high end law firms provide this for free just not this one pto and health benefits are low the owners flaunt their luxuries instead of investing it in higher pay to employees when they have high expectations but pay low the HR that has actual background in HR run out the door makes u wonder what they have seen or heard or dealt with the HR that stays is due to them wanting to climb up a ladder with no actual experience or HR credentials

Pros

The pay is decent for recent graduates

Cons

I began working at Meneses shortly after graduating college. I stayed at Meneses for a little over a year, and I witnessed many unethical things occur behind closed doors. Upper management was constantly firing employees and watched over us through several cameras. Shortly after I began working, the 401k program Meneses had promised me and other workers was removed. Months after that, the bonus that they promised hard working employees was also taken away. They blamed our lack of bonuses on a previous director and claimed he was not monitoring our productivity correctly (How is this the employees fault?) Along with removing bonuses all together, they expected productivity to be at an all time high. When me and other team members explained to management why we could not work faster, they pushed our concerns to the side. I was given an unfair workload compared to others on my team but felt pressured to complete these cases out of fear that I would lose my job. Speaking up to HR about the unfair treatment I received only lead to more backlash. I know it’s challenging to find a job in this economy, especially for new writers. You may think you can get away without any issues at Meneses if you keep your head down and remain silent, but even this doesn’t work. If they don’t like you, they’ll target you until they find a reason to fire you or you quit. You can’t even trust the positive reviews on these sites because Meneses law tries to bribe their employees to leave good reviews with Starbucks gift cards. They also report honest reviews and try to cover up their unethical behavior. Avoid this place at all cost, as they will only make you miserable. Your mental health is worth more than what this company offers you.

Pros

There are no pros! Horrible work environment.

Cons

-Horrible compensation and benefits - Could not ask questions without having consequences. -Toxic work environment -Always being recorded/watched -People don't last more than a month. Either they find a way to fire you for something irrelevant or the person notices all the red flags.
