Orientation is way too short. Nurse to patient ratio is way of out whack like all nursing homes to the point where it's dangerous.

It was a great place to work when it was Menorah Park. Expectations were high, but the care provided was exceptional.

Cons

Very high expectations, which is a pro and a con. Once sold, it has not been the same.
