Pros

It was a great place to work when it was Menorah Park. Expectations were high, but the care provided was exceptional.

Cons

Very high expectations, which is a pro and a con. Once sold, it has not been the same.

Pros

It's hard to think of any pros. Some of the employees who have remained after the sale of the company are good, but I'm not sure how long they will stay.

Cons

New owners from new jersey are only in it for the money, they fired many people and shrunk the staff even after promising "we will retain everyone" hundreds of staff are gone, great people who made it a great place to be. I worry about the residents.
