Pros

The managing staff were great to me. Very professional setting.

Cons

I do believe more time should be allowed to finish task in the dietary shifts. It seems like an abundance of work is being crammed into a four hour shift. Other than that I can't think of any other Cons.

It was a great place to work when it was Menorah Park. Expectations were high, but the care provided was exceptional.

Cons

Very high expectations, which is a pro and a con. Once sold, it has not been the same.
